A healthcare organization in Victoria is seeking a nurse to provide direct nursing care to patients both in the hospital and community. The role requires a current membership with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives and two years of clinical experience. Candidates must have effective communication skills and the ability to organize their workload efficiently.

Reports to the Nurse Manager, Department Head, or designate. Plans and provides direct nursing care to patients/residents in the hospital or in the community in accordance with the unit/program philosophy, competency guidelines, policies, and the CRNBC Standards for Nursing Practice in British Columbia.
