Peterborough County - Community/Visit Nursing (RN/RPN)

CBI Home Health is looking for passionate and caring nurses (RN and RPNs) to join our skilled team. You will use your experience and clinical skills to ensure that our clients receive the highest quality home health care, delivered with compassion and excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑quality home health care to clients in the community, applying professional nursing skills to support health, independence, and comfort.
  • Assess client needs, develop and implement care plans, and coordinate with the care team to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
  • Deliver care with compassion and excellence while maintaining safety and compliance with standards of practice.
Qualifications
  • Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario in good standing
  • Professional Liability Insurance (WeRPN/RNAO)
  • Palliative training is considered an asset
  • Pediatric experience is considered an asset
