A healthcare organization in Canada is looking for a casual Registered Nurse to support the Ambulatory Care Neurosciences Program. The role involves collaborating with healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies for managing neurological conditions. Candidates should have expertise in clinical practice, leadership, and counseling. This position offers a chance to work in various clinics within the Neurosciences Department.
Your Opportunity: Working in the Ambulatory Care Neurosciences Program, the casual Registered Nurse (RN) will participate and support in the development, implementation and ongoing evaluation for quality care. The RN works collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team, with other health care professionals, primary care networks, community agencies and key stakeholders to further develop, explore and implement strategies to address neurological disease management. Self-motivated and results orientated, the RN possesses expertise and competence in clinical practice, leadership, counseling, teaching and presentation skills relative to the management of neurological conditions such as Stroke, Parkinson’s Disease, Movement Disorders, Epilepsy, Multiple Sclerosis and others. The Casual RN will be orientated into multiple clinics within the Neurosciences Department.
