A healthcare organization is seeking a Registered Nurse experienced in Nephrology to ensure safe patient practices for home dialysis. The candidate will interface with patients and external agencies to manage supplies and equipment, focusing on patient safety and quality improvement. Relevant qualifications include BC nursing registration and experience in dialysis. This role emphasizes effective communication, independence, and teaching skills.

Under the general direction of the Manager, Renal Services and the Nurse Clinician responsible for training and follow‑up of Peritoneal Dialysis / Home Hemodialysis patients, ensuring safe patient and family practice in the home, and inter‑facing with outside agencies and hospitals on supplies and equipment delivery for Peritoneal and Home Hemodialysis patients.
Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing RN registrant. Two years' recent related experience in Nephrology nursing, specifically related to peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
