We’re searching for a motivated and skilled Registered Kinesiologist & Certified Personal Trainer who is passionate about movement, recovery, and helping others unlock their full potential.

This is a full-time, on-site opportunity to work in a collaborative, high-performance environment alongside an expert team of trainers, health practitioners and community partners.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and implement individualized fitness, movement, and rehabilitation programs
  • Conduct functional assessments and monitor client progress
  • Educate clients on form, technique, and injury prevention strategies
  • Lead one-on-one and small group sessions that are dynamic, safe, and goal-oriented
  • Collaborate with the UFIT team to support community events and content creation
  • Actively contribute to our positive, inclusive, and high-energy training environment

What You Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field
  • Registered and in good standing with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario (R.Kin)
  • Personal Training certification (CPTN, CSEP, NSCA, or equivalent)
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Strong understanding of movement science, rehab, and functional training
  • 1+ years experience in personal training, coaching, or injury rehab
  • Confident communicator and coach with excellent time management skills
  • Comfortable using social media to engage, educate, and build community
  • Availability for 40 hours/week

Bonus Points

  • CSCS or Strength & Conditioning certification
  • Experience working with youth athletes, postpartum women, or return-to-sport clients
