Essential Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Sales Account Coordinators and sell innovative telecommunication solutions to residential customers.
  • Oversee daily team activities, including organizing sales routes, verifying home counts, and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Actively engage in sales while supporting and guiding your team to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Collaborate closely with the client’s Marketing Manager to align on marketing priorities, ensuring all outreach and events reinforce brand positioning.
  • Work with Key Decision Makers and building managers to build strong relationships and drive penetration of our client’s services.
  • Champion community engagement through events and programs that support marketing strategies and deliver measurable results.
  • Participate in the hiring process for new Sales Account Coordinators.
  • Coach, train, and manage team performance, including conducting performance reviews.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customer escalations.
  • Communicate effectively about the telecommunications network built within the community.
  • Assist team members in helping customers understand costs, impacts, and product benefits.
  • Consolidate and report on team progress, updates, and sales data to senior management.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct sales experience with strong knowledge of sales and marketing techniques, including leadership experience.
  • Proven skills in recruiting, training, and motivating sales staff.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets in challenging environments.
  • Energetic, driven, and positive personality with a high level of integrity.
  • Exceptional multitasking and pressure‑handling abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal and listening skills with a competitive team background.
  • Excellent verbal communication and relationship‑building skills with clients and co‑workers.
  • Thrive in goal‑oriented, high‑pressure situations.
Work Conditions
  • Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends; regular shift is Tuesday‑Saturday.
  • Salary plus commission.
  • Some travel will be required.
