A multidisciplinary engineering and consulting firm is seeking a Regional Manager, Business Development & Key Accounts to oversee business development initiatives and manage key client accounts in Eastern Canada. The ideal candidate will bring strong relationship-building and networking skills, a Bachelor's degree, and experience in the technical or professional services industry. Annual Salary Range: CAD $100,000 - $130,000

Reporting to the Executive Vice President – Business Development, the Regional Manager, Business Development & Key Accounts is responsible for overseeing business development (BD) activities within their Region.
The successful candidate will oversee Business Development & Relationship Managers, as well as Client Managers, within the region. Reporting to the Executive VP of Business Development, they will form part of a national team that will work collaboratively with the Key Account Management (KAM), Marketing and Proposal teams with a collective goal of identifying / originating opportunities within Pinchin’s core and emerging services, contributing to improve win rates on regional proposals, and understanding marketing needs and opportunities within the region.
