A senior living community management company in Southern California is looking for a Regional Maintenance Specialist. This role involves overseeing maintenance operations, managing the staff, and ensuring property upkeep. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of experience in residential maintenance, a high school diploma, and familiarity with electrical and plumbing systems. The position offers a salary between $75,000 and $85,000 and various benefits including medical, dental, and life insurance.
The Regional Maintenance Specialist will support our senior living communities across the portfolio in Southern California.

Pay Range- $75,000-$85,000
The Regional Maintenance Specialist is responsible for serving as a Maintenance Director in the absence of a community’s Maintenance Director. This position is responsible for planning, organizing, developing, performing, and directing the general operating maintenance, repair, and housekeeping of the physical plant, the interior, and exterior of the Community to maintain proper operations of the property. Will oversee the general operations of the maintenance department and housekeeping department to ensure that the property is maintained in a safe, clean and comfortable manner in accordance with property policies and procedures. Additionally, they will be responsible for the hiring, evaluating, coordinating, motivating, monitoring performance, scheduling and supervising the department staff and will make recommendations to the Executive Director with respect to staff evaluations, merit pay increases, reprimands, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
