What You´ll Do
- Education and promotion of HCB-HP brands, including product knowledge and technical application classes in person and digitally.
- Execute annual education strategy set out by brands as it pertains to launches, product focuses and NCA activities.
- Maintaining customer relationships, including education, events and POG reviews and merchandising of salon color bar and retail areas.
- Quarterly education reviews with key salon accounts, including planning education visits and events minimum 3-4 months in advance.
- Conduct in salon/classroom or digital cluster classes based on the needs of the territory.
- Complete request forms and order product required for ASK Education Seminars.
- Use of Henkel Planning Platform as exclusive planning calendar tool.
- Assist with backstage color preparation for brand related live or digital events.
- Working with DSO Sales Consultants to develop and close salon targets within a territory.
- Support talent development by mentoring contract educators and ensuring they uphold brand standards.
- Participate in national or regional meetings to align on goals, share insights, and collaborate on education initiatives.
- Monitor competitive activity and trends to provide feedback to the Education Manager and help evolve local education strategies.
- Manage budgets for regional education activities as assigned, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Ensure all education touchpoints reflect brand standards in technique, consultation, professionalism, and visual presentation.
- Weekly reporting to Education Manager.
What makes you a good fit
- Valid Hairdressing License.
- Minimum 5 years hairdressing experience
- Minimum 2 years of industry education experience.
- Confident and able to effectively communicate and present to large audiences.
- Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
- Positive and solutions oriented.
- Customer focused approach.
- Proficiency with PC applications; MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Fluency in English is a must and French is beneficial.
- Travel and overnight stays are required.
- Valid Driver’s License
