A community support organization in Canada is seeking a Regional Coordinator responsible for developing inclusive programs and overseeing community support staff. The ideal candidate will have relevant educational qualifications and leadership experience, alongside strong interpersonal skills. This role is based in the main office with regular travel requirements to support community partners.
JOB TITLE: Regional Coordinator
The Regional Coordinator supports the development of quality person-centered services and works alongside the Regional Manager and other Managers/Coordinators. This role oversees a combination of Community Inclusion employees, Staffed Home employees, and Home Share Providers, ensuring standards are met and quality services are provided.
REPORTS TO: Regional Manager
Work Environment and Expectations:
Office Presence: This role is based in our main office.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel is required to effectively engage with our teams and community partners. This includes periodic visits to various service locations to support and interact directly with staff and stakeholders.
