Regional Account Rep (Kelowna, BC)

Reporting to the Manager, Partner Retail Sales, this position will be a Brand Ambassador for Rogers Wireless, FIDO, and Chatr brands within a defined territory, delivering strategic sales programs to achieve sales targets and KPIs.

What You Will Do

  • Manage assigned store territory to execute on key priorities and metrics.
  • Build relationships with store sales reps and management to achieve quotas and priorities.
  • Assist in designing and developing promotions to achieve targeted market share and revenue within territory.
  • Train and coach Retailer’s Associates on systems, tools, promotions, and plans; highlight key differentiators to increase/maintain Rogers Market Share.
  • Work with Retailers to plan and organize exclusive Rogers and FIDO Weekend Events and onsite demo days.
  • Develop and execute Vendor Fairs, Off-Site, and Community Events to maximize market share.
  • Respond promptly to customer issues and Retailer escalations/inquiries.
  • Analyze sales reports and territory sales breakdowns.
  • Set targets and build plans with Retailers based on contribution percentages.
  • Provide feedback on market insights and competitive intelligence.
  • Ensure Rogers, FIDO, Chatr, and residential cable products are well represented.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report issues/recommendations.

What You Will Bring

  • Post-secondary education in a business-related discipline with 3-5 years' experience in Telecommunications.
  • Technical competence with MS Office and other systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Territory management experience is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours.
