Qualifications

• 10+ years of supervisory experience in refinery maintenance or turnaround planning.
• Strong knowledge of scheduling methodologies and maintenance practices.
• Experience managing large industrial projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead initiatives to improve maintenance and reliability.
• Oversee development of turnaround work plans.
• Manage creation of executable maintenance schedules.
• Develop and manage the Maintenance and Turnaround budgets.
