Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations by maintaining facilities, landscaping, and outdoor displays.
  • Assist with office organization, storage management, shredding, and general cleaning.
  • Provide setup, teardown, and logistical support for meetings, events, and seasonal displays.

Physical Requirements

This position may involve light physical activity in both indoor and outdoor settings. Successful candidates should be comfortable alternating between standing and sitting, as well as navigating stairs and sloped walkways. They should also be comfortable lifting and carrying up to 20 pounds. Strong motor skills and clear, effective communication are essential.

  • This is a part-time, non-exempt employment position. Successful candidates may work up to 19 hours per week; however, employment is on an as-needed basis. Flexibility and a willingness to adapt to a varied schedule are essential.
