The Role

Our Recreation Attendants are the friendly face of our organization; you are the first person to greet our members as they walk in to our facilities and often the link between the members and all other areas within PSP. You will be responsible for greeting and directing all members as they enter the facility, using PSP software to process registrations and payments, and ensuring safety of the facility and members. This role comes with daily opportunities and challenges for our Recreation Attendants, can you rise to the occasion? Each day members will arrive with questions or problems and it will require a Recreation Attendant use initiative to respond. This position is a great introduction to PSP with potential for growth and development. Our Recreation Attendants are the front line of PSP member relations and truly meet the needs of our members and their families.

Qualifications
  • Education, Certifications and Licenses
    An acceptable combination of education, training, and experience will be considered
  • Experience
    Current CPR and basic First Aid qualifications
  • In cash handling and sales
  • In using software for word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, databases, e-mail, and Internet browsing
  • Competencies
    Client focus, organizational knowledge, communication, innovation, teamwork and leadership.
  • Language Requirements
    Bilingual (English and French) Essential
