Duties and Responsibilities

Duties will vary depending on the assignment and company needs, but may include the following:

  • Greeting clients and answering phones in a professional and welcoming manner
  • Maintaining tidy and stocked kitchen or common areas
  • Booking appointments and preparing meeting rooms
  • Typing documentation and data entry
  • Arranging couriers and handling mail
  • Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
  • Filing and general administrative support as needed
Education
  • Post-secondary education is considered an asset but not required.
Experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is helpful
  • Reception or administrative experience is an asset
  • Customer service background is a plus

Salary: $17.00-$20.00+ per hour depending on assignment

  • Temporary employees are payrolled weekly via direct deposit.

Work Hours: Work hours will vary depending on the assignment details and employers’ needs. This information will be confirmed at the time of your interview or offering of assignment(s).

  • Day shifts
  • Monday – Friday
  • Up to 40 hours per week
  • Part time opportunities available – 1-3 days per week
Additional Notes
  • This opportunity does not include relocation. It will be the responsibility of the candidate should relocation be required.
