A leading insurance broker in Canada is seeking a Reception and Inforce Administrator to be the face of their Langstaff office. Responsibilities include answering calls, supporting advisors, and engaging with clients to manage inquiries. The ideal candidate has administrative experience, strong communication skills, and attention to detail. The Reception and Inforce Administrator position is responsible for the overall service provided in our Langstaff office. This location has several in‑house advisors and their assistants. The individual who secures this role will be the face and voice of the office, with focus on supporting our advisors and their assistants with their needs. It is also the responsibility of the Receptionist and Inforce Administrator to ensure that the premises remains in peak condition.
The Receptionist is also expected to perform Inforce Administrative functions:

The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $50,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
