Job Description
Clients
  • Welcome and grant clients at the TD Securities reception desk at the Montreal TD Securities' headquarters
  • Work with internal Corporate and Investment Banking and Global trading teams to book client meetings and coordinate usage of the TD Securities conference rooms
  • Prepare conference rooms for breakfast and lunch meetings between TD Securities teams and clients, as appropriate and make sure conference rooms are always ready to host clients and tidied-up
  • Manage supplies for the TD Securities Montreal team, including food and beverages for clients and printing and other necessary supplies for internal teams
  • Answer general questions regarding locations, hours and services from clients and refer them to the appropriate department where they will obtain a timely and accurate answer
  • Screen calls not immediately identifiable by questioning callers regarding the service, department, or individual involved
  • Ensure client issues are handled appropriately, escalating issues when necessary
  • May keep an up-to-date directory of telephone numbers throughout the bank
  • Relay incoming and outgoing calls
  • May be asked to perform the following: Sort, stamp, and distribute mail, maintain records and files, send, receive and distribute faxes, arrange meetings and appointments, file and photocopy as needed, type memos and assist with mailings

  • Prioritize own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity
  • Understand and apply operating policies and procedures
  • Support the timely and accurate completion of business processes and procedures
  • Escalate non-standard or high-risk activities as necessary
  • Support and participate in process improvement opportunities
  • Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all transactions / activities
  • Be knowledgeable of and comply with Bank Code of Conduct
