Real Estate Strategy & Analytics manager

Reporting to the VP, Real Estate, Facilities & Procurement, the Manager, Real Estate Strategy & Analytics helps shape the company’s long-term real estate strategy through data-driven insights, spatial analysis, and network optimization. The role supports portfolio growth by developing client and market profiles, identifying strategic opportunities, and informing real estate decisions through analytics and GIS mapping. It also leads the development of network optimization and prospecting tools to systematically identify and prioritize high-value growth opportunities.

  • Conduct market, demographic, and competitive analyses and lead GIS/spatial analytics to inform enterprise real estate strategy and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and enhance network optimization tools, dashboards, and analytics models to support site selection, portfolio planning, and performance monitoring.
  • Build and maintain market, client, and demographic profiles; leverage internal and external data for predictive modeling and scenario planning.
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Finance, and Strategy teams to integrate insights into business cases, investment decisions, and market-entry plans.
  • Present complex data and strategic insights to senior leadership through clear visuals, reports, and mapping outputs.
  • Manage and improve GIS, mapping, and analytics platforms while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility across the organization.

  • 24-month network planning cycle
  • Development and implementation of network planning tools & documented processes surrounding network planning
  • Robust use of mapping analytics to form sound justification for network moves

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Economics, Geography, Urban Planning, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in real estate analytics, network strategy, or site selection within multi-unit, healthcare, or retail environments.
  • Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Proficiency in GIS mapping and analytics platforms (e.g., ArcGIS, Esri Business Analyst, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI).
