Reporting to the VP, Real Estate, Facilities & Procurement, the Manager, Real Estate Strategy & Analytics helps shape the company’s long-term real estate strategy through data-driven insights, spatial analysis, and network optimization. The role supports portfolio growth by developing client and market profiles, identifying strategic opportunities, and informing real estate decisions through analytics and GIS mapping. It also leads the development of network optimization and prospecting tools to systematically identify and prioritize high-value growth opportunities.
