The Right Fit

As a Real Estate Broker, you will report directly to ownership and work closely with the internal marketing and development teams. This role is best suited for an experienced real estate professional who thrives in a commission-driven environment and enjoys working directly with homebuyers. You will manage the sales cycle from first contact through to closing, with all leads provided directly by the builder. Previous new home sales experience will be a strong advantage.

What You\'ll Be Doing
  • Managing the complete sales cycle for new home purchases, from inquiry to closing
  • Meeting with prospective buyers, presenting floorplans and pricing, and leading model home tours
  • Negotiating purchase agreements and ensuring compliance with Alberta real estate regulations
  • Maintaining accurate client records and tracking sales activity
  • Partnering with the internal team to support marketing and client follow-up efforts
  • Representing the builder\'s communities and homes with professionalism and expertise
  • Building long-term client relationships through exceptional service
What You Bring to the Table
  • Active Real Estate Broker or Associate license in Alberta
  • Minimum of 5 years of residential real estate sales experience
  • Prior experience in new home sales strongly preferred
  • Strong negotiation, closing, and client relationship skills
  • Knowledge of Alberta real estate laws and compliance requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Highly self-motivated and comfortable in a 100% commission environment
