Job Title: Quality Supervisor
Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Inspection Supervisor to join our team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead the quality inspection team, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
  • Plan and execute inspection procedures and audits to maintain quality assurance.
  • Analyze data and documentation to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, and ISO 9001 standards.
  • Handle non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve quality objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects and assignments with attention to detail.
Essential Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as an inspector in a quality control or inspection department.
  • 2+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience in an aerospace or nuclear environment.
  • High proficiency with QMS software, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, specifications, and GD&T.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Exposure to ERP systems.
  • High level of expertise in using inspection tools and techniques such as CMM, micrometers, calipers, and non-destructive testing.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Knowledge of aerospace and nuclear manufacturing processes and materials.
  • Experience with NADCAP or special processes.
