Job summary

A North American logistics leader is looking for a passionate professional to join their team in Toronto. The role involves managing quality systems and improving processes across logistics functions. Responsibilities include data analysis, incident management reporting, and training organization. Qualifications

  • Experience in quality management position in related industry.
  • Experience of conducting quality improvement projects is a plus.
  • Experience in inventory/warehouse/logistics is a plus.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

  • Generate the transit time of shipments and monitor performance.
  • Support business process standardization and improvement efforts.
  • Generate incident management reports and follow up.
  • Maintain and control the QMS Manual.
  • Organize QMS training and ensure documentation availability.
  • Perform process monitoring and auditing.
  • Conduct internal operational investigations.
  • Provide backup support for team members when necessary.
