Your missions

Yourmissions :

Quality Control Technician

At campus level, execute tests in order to control the quality of Ceva products according to the procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the tests according to the procedures and the daily timeline and investigate testing when necessary to ensure maximum results
  • Complete the assigned CAPA, change control or any other assigned action in due time
  • Alert management in case of emerging trend in terms of product quality, unusual events, etc.
  • At operator level, prepare the workstations, labware, rooms (equipment, consumable items) to allow higher level technicians to perform tests in adequate conditions
  • Perform the sampling routine based on ad hoc documents
  • Write sampling instructions and test methods
  • Ensure up-to-date documents are available at the workstation
  • Check and fill relevant documents related to laboratory working conditions
  • Sr. Technicians: Train technicians on their knowledge
  • May perform self-inspections
  • Quality control sterility and potency testing
  • Raw ingredient, in process and final vaccine sampling and testing
  • Quality control activities by microscopic inspection
  • Quality testing support for final product testing activities
  • Quality testing support for validation activities
  • Maintaining inventory of QC supplies and ordering of media, and other materials
  • Laboratory, test room, and equipment cleaning and maintenance
  • Equipment calibration verification
  • Environmental sampling and testing
  • Auditing of production activities
  • Participation in inspections and audits as required
  • Other QA/QC related duties as required
