Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and defects.
  • Physical fitness to perform demanding tasks including lifting and standing for long periods.
  • Prior experience in quality assurance, testing, or manufacturing is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct line audits, calibrations, and control plan checks.
  • Investigate quality incidents and support corrective actions.
  • Make informed decisions on product acceptance and manage product release.
  • Perform incoming material inspections.
  • Carry out multiple lab tests including destructive and non-destructive testing.
  • Coach operators in maintaining quality standards.
  • Maintain records of inspections and audit results.
