We are seeking a talented QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and ensure the delivery of high-quality products and services. As a QA Manager, you will oversee the testing processes, manage QA resources, and drive improvements in software quality. Your expertise will ensure that our product offerings meet or exceed customer expectations and are free from defects.

What you’ll do:
  • Provide direction, mentorship, and performance feedback to a team of QA Analyst and QA Automation, ensuring effective collaboration and skill development.
  • Establish and maintain robust quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure high-quality product delivery across development cycles.
  • Build a strategy on manual/automated testing for the future (multi-region, Fedramp, AI, Data)
  • Drive operational excellence by implementing and overseeing load testing and performance testing to ensure system scalability, reliability, and efficiency under varying conditions.
  • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to define quality requirements, review test cases, and ensure alignment on product features and timelines.
  • Lead the creation and execution of test plans, both manual and automated, ensuring comprehensive coverage and accurate reporting of defects.
  • Identify and communicate key quality metrics, defects, and risks to stakeholders, ensuring swift resolution of issues and clear tracking of progress.
  • Continuously assess and improve testing processes, tools, and team performance, promoting a culture of quality and efficiency throughout the organization.
About you:
  • 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience, including 2+ years in leadership and experience working with QA Automation teams.
  • Expertise in QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools (manual and automated), including familiarity with testing frameworks and test management tools.
  • Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments, with a focus on integrating QA processes seamlessly within iterative development cycles.
  • Strong ability to lead, motivate, and mentor a team, fostering collaboration and continuous development within the QA department.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to diagnose and address defects, track issues, and ensure timely resolution while maintaining a high level of product quality.
