Job Description

Reporting to our Senior Manager, Delivery, the Lead/Manager is responsible for leading and directing the daily testing operations and resource management aspects of designated engagements and client relationships. You will manage team members, communications, testing initiatives and ultimately be responsible for the overall successful delivery of testing services associated with designated projects.

The major responsibilities of the QA Lead/Manager role is as follows but not limited to:

  • Delivery Management
    • Managing client relationship
    • Managing delivery team
    • Solution architecture
  • Senior Technical Resource
    • Technical specialization in a testing domain. (Leadership experience within a Test Centre of Excellence is ideal)
    • Practice development within your specialization
  • Represent the delivery team on pre-sales/business development activities
  • Technical consultant with client(s)
  • People Management
    • Performance management, coaching, mentoring of testing resources
Qualifications

Education

Computer Science or Engineering Degree or equivalent

Skills

Proven Client and People Management experience

Proven Technical Skills within the testing or development space

Consulting or Testing Centre of Excellence experience is a bonus
