About our QA Team:

Pandell\'s QA team is a close-knit crew based in Calgary, but with team members also located in the US, all working at the heart of Pandell\’s 12+ product groups. This team doesn\'t just test, they safeguard quality, collaborate across teams, and make sure every release is the best it can be.

What You\'ll Do:

  • Create test plans and schedules to make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Build, maintain, and execute test scripts.
  • Track down, document, and help squash bugs and improvements.
  • Support live incidents where deep testing is needed to confirm product issues.
  • Become a go-to expert on our product functionality.
  • Deploy new releases and set up client environments.
  • Collaborate with other QA specialists to keep our testing sharp and consistent.
  • Put both new functionality and old favorites through their paces (regression testing).

  • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, GitHub, SQL Server Management Studio, Playwright, SnagIt, Confluence, and TestRail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting chops and computer configuration know-how.
  • A self-starter mindset and a love of learning.
  • Comfort with change, variety, and innovation.
  • Bonus points if you\u2019ve worked with oil & gas applications (Production/Joint Venture Accounting, Land Systems).
