Responsibilities :

Execute purchasing strategies to meet supply needs, while optimizing costs and inventory levels

Identify and select suppliers by evaluating price, quality, and delivery targets

Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as R&D, Quality, Production, and Maintenance to align on procurement needs and goals

Strengthen supply chain infrastructure by building strong relationships with key suppliers

Maintain and update purchasing processes to ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

Establish procurement KPIs and target values to align with company goals and customer requirements

Prepare reports related to procurement activities to support decision-making

Identify opportunities for process improvement within the procurement function

Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field

3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or materials planning

Experience in the chemical or food industry is an asset

Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office

Fluency in French and English, with strong communication skills

Strong analytical and negotiating skills
