Qualifications

• Significant public company audit and/or financial reporting experience with small to mid-sized product-based companies.
• Ability to tackle complex technical issues including acquisitions and stock-based compensation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and polish quarterly and year-end financial statements and MD&A.
• Build consolidation and foreign-currency translation models.
• Deliver sharp balance-sheet and P&L analyses.
• Produce monthly variance reports and guide annual budgets.
• Handle special-project bookkeeping or period-end close entries.
• Design year-end audit plans and prep support for audits.
• Draft timely filings and stay ahead of regulatory changes.
