Grande Yellowhead Public School Division has an exciting career opportunity with our Inclusion team for a Full-Time, Divisional Psychologist.
Position: Full-Time, Divisional Psychologist
Location : Education Service Centre
Start Date : As soon as mutually agreed upon
Hours of Work : 1.0 FTE Monday-Friday
Work Schedule: 7.5 hours per day, Monday to Friday, 10 Months per year
This is a 10-month position. The Divisional Psychologist will report directly to the Director of Inclusive Learning.
The Division is open to a work arrangements within the Grande Yellowhead Public School Division. The official work location will be determined and approved by the Director of Inclusive Learning.

The Divisional Psychologist understands inclusion in the school setting, and works to support learning outcomes for all students throughout the levels of the pyramid response to intervention. The Divisional Psychologist supports the implementation of a comprehensive counselling service including prevention programs, intervention strategies and crisis response and is skilled at teacher collaboration and sharing promising practices, with specific expertise in supporting social participation and embedding positive behavior/mental health supports. The Divisional Psychologist liaises with school based teams, collaborates with the FSLC team and works as a member of the Inclusion team.

Grande Yellowhead Public School Division (GYPSD) stretches from Jasper National Park, east to Evansburg, south of Cadomin, and northwest to Grande Cache.
