Novant Health Urgent Cares provides non-medical management and administrative services to over 50 Doctors Care urgent care centers and 24 Progressive Physical Therapy facilities located throughout South Carolina. Novant Health Urgent Cares is headquartered in Columbia, South Carolina. Doctors Care has operated for over 30 years, providing an exceptional, convenient, and affordable healthcare experience.

What Are We Looking For?

Novant Health Urgent Cares is currently looking for a Provider Recruiter that will source and screen qualified provider (MD/DO, PA, NP, DPT, PTA) candidates for Novant Health Urgent Care or Novant Health Urgent Care Physical Therapy centers across the state of South Carolina. The provider recruiter initiates contact, performs initial phone screen and will coordinate next steps in interview processes. Communicates with CMO and VP of Novant Health Urgent Cares Physical Therapy on regular basis to identify priority needs, and to provide updates on candidate sourcing efforts.

Do You Have What It Takes?

A good candidate will bring with them:

  • Associate's degree from accredited college or university
  • One (1) or more years of experience in recruiting in corporate environment or staffing agency
  • Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to communicate well with wide variety of individuals
  • Strong organizational skills; including the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks; and strong attention to details
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with social media platforms
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel with overnight stayCompetent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

An ideal candidate would also have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, or other applicable major
  • Experience in physician and mid-level provider recruiting
  • Experience in physical therapist and physical therapy assistant recruiting
