  • Proven experience in property maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, or construction is preferred — but we’re willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic, leadership qualities, and a positive attitude.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Duties Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and accountable Property Maintenance Manager to oversee our year‑round operations. This role involves leading a team of 4–6 crew members, executing seasonal transitions, and ensuring our work reflects the professional standards Timber Wolf is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the maintenance crew, providing on‑site direction and setting the tone for performance and professionalism.
  • Seasonal Oversight: Direct all spring and fall clean‑up operations, ensuring quality and efficiency.
  • Snow Removal Management: Oversee snow removal crews and equipment during winter months to ensure prompt, reliable service.
  • Field Presence: Act as the face of the company on job sites, upholding Timberwolf’s brand and quality standards.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges in the field proactively and ensure work is completed to high standards.
  • Equipment Use: Ensure tools, vehicles, and equipment are used safely and maintained properly.
