About us:

Gestion Zagora is a young and dynamic company specializing in property management. Operating for over five years, the company currently owns and manages several rental properties primarily in Montreal, the South Shore of Montreal, Gatineau, and Quebec City. As a company in full growth, we aim to expand our team to reach new heights.

About the position

We are currently looking for a full-time Property Administrator to join our property management team in Cornwall, ON. You will play a key role as a collaborative member of the team.

Experience and/or interest in real estate is an asset. Relevant training in real estate is a plus. Candidates must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.

Approximate list of tasks you will be responsible for:
  • General administration and improvement of management processes.
  • Managing the email inbox and tickets on the Building Stack app.
  • Lease assignments.
  • Handling monthly administrative tasks, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, etc.
  • Coordinating and organizing logistics for appointments with contractors and service calls with tenants.
  • Working collaboratively with managers.
  • Contributing generally to the growth and development of the company.
