Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ previous experience in Property Accounting.
• Previous experience in preparing financial statements and working papers.
• Experience with Yardi is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries for expense accruals and mortgage payments.
• Coordinate between departments for financial reporting.
• Prepare management reports and Month-End reporting packages.
