About the Role

As a Project Technician, you’ll work directly with clients, and you’ll play a key role in implementing and supporting projects involving Microsoft Cloud technologies, servers, and modern infrastructure solutions. Working alongside our team of certified professionals, you’ll deploy, configure, and optimize both cloud and on-premises environments. From Microsoft 365 migrations and SharePoint projects to Azure AD Deployments, AI automation, and Server upgrades, your work will ensure the seamless execution of impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site client visits as required to implement, support, and troubleshoot projects.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams both remotely and on-site to gather requirements and ensure successful project execution.
• Deliver expert support and guidance in Cloud migration, Azure deployment, SharePoint configuration, and Intune device management.
• Assist with the deployment, configuration, and administration of Azure Virtual Machines and Windows Server environments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and drive successful project execution.
• Effectively manage multiple priorities while upholding strong standards for communication, quality, and delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues through proactive investigation and in-depth analysis.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders across all project phases to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Lead the technical onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition into our organization’s systems and services.

Required Technical Skills & Experience

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally in a client-facing environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel to client sites as needed for project implementation and support.
• Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, SharePoint Online, MS Intune and MS Security and Compliance.
• Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• In-depth knowledge of Azure Virtual Machines and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
• Experience using MSP tools such as ticketing systems, RMMs, and vendor portals.
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally.
• Problem-solving attitude with a passion for tackling technical challenges.
• Background in client onboarding processes, with a focus on ensuring a seamless and professional experience.

• Required
  • Microsoft MS-900 (Microsoft 365 Fundamentals)
  • Microsoft AZ-900 (Azure Fundamentals)
• Additional Preferred
  • Microsoft SC-900 (Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals)
  • Microsoft PL-900 (Power Platform Fundamentals)

• Prior experience in technical project implementation or support.
