Job description
Position Scope

FPS is seeking a highly organized and technically proficient Project Systems Analyst to support our Project Management Office (PMO). This role is responsible for managing project information systems, maintaining data integrity, and supporting key project workflows. Acting as the backbone of project information flow, the Project Systems Analyst ensures data accuracy, compliance with internal security and governance policies, and enables efficient execution and high-quality delivery across all projects.

This position works closely with cross-functional teams throughout FPS to improve visibility, strengthen compliance, and enhance efficiency across all project-related activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and optimize project management systems and workflows for accurate, consistent data across all existing and incoming projects.
  • Develop and distribute dashboards, KPIs, and high-level reports to drive PMO visibility and decision-making.
  • Manage user permissions, project templates, system configurations, and digital filing structures, ensuring compliance with internal document control standards.
  • Drive continuous improvement and provide training and support on system usage and project workflows and SOPs.
  • Troubleshoot system issues, coordinating with IT and software vendors for fast resolution.
  • Additional assignments as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in project coordination or systems administration in engineering, manufacturing, or construction environments.
  • Strong technical proficiency with databases, APIs, and project management or ERP/CRM tools (e.g., Coda, Notion, MS Project, Smartsheet).
  • Experience managing and presenting large volumes of data through dashboards, reports, and KPIs.
  • Highly organized, process-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analysis and problem-solving skills, impeccable attention to detail.
  • Proactive, with excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
