Compensation : $28 – $34 / hour (full-time / permanent)

Project Supervisors work directly with multiple Project Managers to ensure the correct execution and timely completion of projects. Supervising operations, negotiating with contractors and passion for getting work done on time and under budget, the Project Supervisor is key to On Side’s success. The Job – Project Supervisor

Project Supervisors work with Project Managers to guide operations staff, follow up on job progress, and conduct site visits. Project Supervisors assess scopes, read blueprints, and are tech savvy. Strong contractor negotiation skills and leadership experience are ideal. Construction and management background are a big asset.

Responsibilities
  • Working and negotiating with contractors
  • Collaborating with Project Managers to organize and execute scope of work
  • Weekly Fleet Checks
  • Site Safety Inspections
  • Leadership and Coaching Field Staff
  • Monitor and maintain schedules, communicating with stakeholders regularly to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Documentation of site visits and job progress
What you bring
  • Experience working and negotiating with contractors
  • Management experience, leadership abilities and a preference for teamwork
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Construction related experience
  • Assignment of work duties
  • Previous experience using Word, Excel, and ability to learn various computer programs and applications including Xactimate
  • Valid driver’s licence and a clean criminal record (we do check)
Other stuff that’ll help you be successful
  • Skilled trade(s) or IICRC certificates
  • Knowledge of basic drying concepts and drying equipment usage
  • Management experience
  • Negotiation experience
  • Xactimate experience is a bonus
  • Standard First Aid certification
