Job Description

One of our engineering clients is looking for a Project Planner/Scheduler to work at the Bruce Power Site.

Salary Range: Hourly (negotiable) – Contract role - Long-Term

Key Responsibilities:

-Establishment of schedules for projects in alignment with established standards.

-Integration of vendor schedules with overall Program Integrated Master Schedule

-Maintain the baseline program budget and schedule for the life of the program.

-Assemble and consolidate data including detailed cost/benefit analysis of competing alternatives.

-Review quality of submissions; analyze and resolve coding, structure, or other discrepancies,

-Import schedule, assess progress, and develop variance analysis.

-Resolve controversial planning problems that may impact on the allocation of project resources associated with the achievement of Project/Program milestones.

-Prepare earned value analysis and prepare schedule metrics reports for the project.

-Support project cost management activities including development of cost baselines, earned value reporting, change management, contingency allocations, and forecasting.

-Liaison with engineers, project managers, and contractors.

-Translate complex scopes into clear executable job plans.

Requirements:

-7 years of related experience

-P6 Certification and Experience

-Experience in nuclear power or power projects

-Nuclear Security Clearance
