Job Description

Our client is looking for a skilled Project Manager for a 12-month remote mandate. (Canada-based; EST or CST hours preferred).

Start Date: September/October 2025

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end project to migrate U.S. transportation management from Uber Freights to SAP TM (ECC).
• Partner with business stakeholders and external implementation partners to ensure project success.
• Oversee timelines, budgets, risk management, and project deliverables.
• Align with client’s logistics operations, including freight, warehouse, and distribution to customers.
• Provide guidance on transportation and freight processes; SAP TM expertise is not required, but strong logistics knowledge is essential.
• Following this project, support a smaller-scale SAP EWM implementation of client’s Argentina warehouse.
• Collaborate across regions and time zones (primarily U.S. and Canada).
• Manage project reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Build and coordinate project teams (team size TBD).

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in logistics, transportation, or supply chain projects.
• Strong understanding of transportation and freight processes.
• Experience with ERP/SAP-related projects (SAP TM/ECC or SAP EWM experience an asset).
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Flexible to work EST or CST hours; fully remote within Canada.
• Experience with warehouse logistics projects (EWM) considered an advantage.

Must have Work Authorization for Canada.
