The IT Project Manager will coordinate, track, and drive progress across approximately 18 active projects in the Data & AI portfolio, while also supporting cybersecurity initiatives. This individual will manage reporting, administration, and vendor collaboration, ensuring that processes are executed and closed effectively. The role requires a seasoned professional who thrives in ambiguity, adapts to ad‑hoc tasks, and is comfortable working across time zones with global stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and monitor multiple data, AI, and cybersecurity initiatives under the ship digitalization program
  • Maintain project documentation, prepare status reports, and track deliverables across ~20 projects (ranging from 1 week to multi year)
  • Partner with professional services firms to ensure deliverables are aligned and processes completed
  • Oversee and integrate cybersecurity considerations into Data & AI projects
  • Accommodate meetings and deadlines across time zones
