A leading construction company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee marine construction projects in Southwestern Ontario, Canada. This role involves leading site teams, managing commercial performance, and maintaining client relationships. Candidates should have proven contractor-side experience in marine construction delivery, along with a relevant engineering or construction qualification. Join a diverse and inclusive team focused on impactful projects in a supportive environment.
At McConnell Dowell we pride ourselves on using our ‘Creative Construction’ approach to develop innovative ways to deliver ports, jetties, causeways, breakwaters and coastal infrastructure throughout Australasia and the Pacific. As we continue to grow our Marine construction footprint in Western Australia, we now have an immediate opportunity for an experienced contractor-side Project Manager to join our team.
This is a senior, delivery‑led construction leadership role for professionals who have built their career on the contractor side, leading complex projects from mobilisation through to completion.
You will take ownership of the end‑to‑end delivery of marine construction projects, leading experienced engineering, procurement and construction teams. This role is hands‑on, commercially accountable and site‑driven, focused on buildability, safety, methodology and production, not advisory services.
