Role Overview
  • Receive and open new claims
  • Answer and field telephone calls in a professional and upbeat manner
  • Receive and assist with staffing issues daily
  • Maintain professional appearance and conduct of the operation
  • Liaise and communicate with customers, clients, and vendors
  • Receive and handle invoices and correspondence
  • Collect receivables on current accounts
  • Assist in ensuring margins and performance metrics are met
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of supplies
