Our technology helps organizations optimize decisions, increase efficiency, and drive sustainable growth in a changing world.

Role

The Project Coordinator will support the delivery of strategic projects—particularly M&A integration initiatives—by maintaining documentation, tracking timelines, and ensuring milestones are met. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across functions to keep projects aligned with business objectives.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You excel at keeping complex projects organized, supporting teams with the tools and information they need, and ensuring deadlines are met. You bring strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
  • Update and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones, with a focus on M&A integration initiatives.
  • Assist in creating and distributing integration schedules and task assignments for cross-functional teams, including members from acquired companies.
  • Track progress, prepare status reports, and support functional leads with deliverables and definitions of completion.
  • Maintain accurate and accessible documentation (meeting minutes, issue logs, risk registers).
  • Facilitate internal communications and coordinate between functional leads, stakeholders, and external partners (e.g., BrunNet).
  • Proactively monitor dependencies, handoffs, and risks; escalate or unblock as needed.
  • Prepare dashboards and reports for the integration lead and executive sponsors.
  • Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) tasks, including evidence collection for SOC 2 readiness.
  • Work with project management tools (Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project) and MS Office suite to prepare reports, presentations, and communications.
Qualifications
  • Language: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Software: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Power BI, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams). Experience with Jira, Confluence, JMS, and Microsoft Project.
  • Years of Experience: 5+ years in a project coordination role, ideally in a technology or M&A integration environment.
  • Education: Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
Assets
  • Familiarity with collaboration tools (SharePoint, Confluence).
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
  • Experience managing multiple integration projects in a fast-paced environment.
