Progressive Sales Coordinator Position

Position: Sales Coordinator

Location: Mississauga, Ontario

Salary: 35-40K + Benefits

Description: Our client is a unique marketing and promotional importing company that specializes in developing innovative and promotional gift ideas for cosmetic, fragrance, and toiletries industry.

As a sales coordinator, you are the right hand person for the Account Executive.Your main focus is to assist the Account Executive by providing information to service customers whom are some of the most popular retail chains today.

This position is designed to be a progressive opportunity for someone interested in developing a career in the marketing/sales field.

Responsibilities
  • Participate & maintain regular update meetings with sales team, Buyer, Sourcing & Bag Development Dept.
  • Follow up with clients for Artwork, Approvals on pre production & production samples
  • Review & maintain all daily correspondence from Suppliers & Customers via Email and Fax
  • Provide customer service to clients while Account Exec is away from office
  • Review back up file & landed cost sheets
  • Prepare mark up sheets & quotations
  • Place PO’s with Buying Department as soon as PO is received – carefully review all information on PO’s against our quotation & back up file, then complete Docket for Accounting Dept for approval to proceed with the order
  • Complete Style Specifications for all PO’s
  • Maintain & update project delivery schedules & critical paths for Sales Team
  • Take digital photos of samples, filing, maintain and organize work area
  • Complete weekly "shipping schedule" for warehouse distribution
