Job description

This position is with a well-established employer that has earned a reputation for being a good place to work. This is a division of a large multinational corporation with a worldwide presence and excellent training and development resources. This is a mid-sized plant with operations that have some unique processes, providing a variety of challenges. Due to growth, we are seeking to add a project engineer with 5+ years of experience.

Responsibilities
  • Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinating new projects with sales, design, engineering, estimating, quality and production departments.
  • Manage schedules and outcomes for new and existing projects, taking programs/projects from conception to production, ensuring full APQP process and TS 16949 standards.
  • Management reporting on projects, coordination of tooling and prototypes, product and process validation, development of specifications, and technical reports.
  • Maintain core company values, focusing on H&S. This is a 18001/14001 certified environment.
  • We seek candidates with experience in a tier I stamping‑welded assembly environment.
