Partnership Management and Collaboration
  • Be the expert representing G to our partner & representing the partner to G
  • Work closely with the Partnership Lead (Brand & Marketing) on Partnership success
  • Work closely with partners to proactively communicate changes, updates and action plans meant to improve the customer experience.
  • Work closely with Global CEO management to ensure CEOs have all the tools and information needed to deliver a positive trip experience.
Product and Operation Quality Control
  • Own the resolution of improper delivery of trip standard with all stakeholders
  • Own the proper delivery of brand guidelines for all trips within the partnerships
  • Work closely with all internal stakeholders to plan and execute product improvement and development plans and manage timelines
  • Communicate product improvement plans or changes with partner organizations
  • Read and analyze trip evals to identify potential patterns that can impact the positive customer experience on trip experience
  • Work with regional operations, Buying, CEO management, and Customer Solutions to assure the quality delivery of trips based on PRD and trip design and details.
Timeline, Data Documentation Requirements
  • Manage data loading integrity and timeline between organizations
  • Ensure all partner supply chain requirements are met and that G is in compliance with contractual obligations. Oversight of any partner requested audits and communicate results and resolutions
  • Act as advocate and liaison for any software development needs to address operational delivery of product requirements.
Content Review and Approval
  • Work with Product to update trip details based on operational realities, changes and needs.
  • Review requested product changes from the field and communicate as needed with stakeholders
Health, Safety and CIM
  • Be available to help Manage and communicate on CIM
  • Work closely with all stakeholders internally and externally on communications relating to Safety, security, CIM and cancellations.
Experience
  • 6 + years or more of relevant travel sales, product and/or operation experience
  • Superior knowledge of the global tourism market
  • Commitment to a high level customer service experience
  • Proven ability to build and implement processes
  • Exceptional communication skills with both internal and external forms
  • Proven experience in administrative and project management
  • Exceptional writing and proofing skills
  • Enthusiastic attitude with the drive to embrace and lead change and represent partner interest within the organization.
  • Experience with the buying, product and operations cycle and process
  • Able and willing to travel as role necessitates
  • A team player that understands how to collaborate and build strong relationships.
