Job description

The Program Manager will be responsible for directing and maintaining the integrity of program standards and overseeing the program's direction, including resource allocation, performance management, recruitment, training, quality assurance, conflict resolution, and program/business development.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  1. Support the execution and operation of an initiative to assist injured workers with their return-to-work process.
  2. Meet with senior management as needed to discuss issues or concerns regarding program standards, current practices, program evaluation, and future development.
  3. Oversee the decision-making process for the admission and continued stay of participants.
  4. Monitor the progress evaluation of each participant to ensure the achievement of outcomes.
  5. Develop materials necessary to deliver services.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 2 years of related experience in career and employment services, leadership, or supervision. Equivalencies will be considered.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of tasks and competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Fluency in French is considered an asset.
  • Strong conflict management and resolution skills.
  • Experience working with diverse population groups and issues is preferred.
  • Security background check required.
  • May be required to work evenings and/or weekends.
