Interior Health is seeking a relief full-time Professional Practice Leader, Social Work to join our team at the Royal Inland Hospital in Kamloops, B.C.

Who Are We Looking For?

We require an experienced, confidently assertive, collaborative leader who thrives in managing cross-portfolio responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be strong at developing relationships and bridging the multidisciplinary team. This position provides coverage until the current incumbent's return.

Salary Range

Effective April 1, 2024, the pay scale for this position is $51.47 to $64.27 per hour.

What Will You Work On?

Responsible for administration, supervision, planning, and budgeting of the department. Reports to the Allied Health Director on administrative matters. Manages budgets, workload, quality, labour relations, and human resources. Implements organizational policies related to Allied Health services.

Professional Leader Component

Provides leadership and representation for the Allied Health profession in their area. Ensures standards align with regulatory and accreditation bodies. Contributes to professional development through the practice council. Advises the Allied Health Director on practice issues.

Scheduling Information

Shift times are from 08 : 00 to 16 : 00, Monday to Friday.
