Job Description

What you can look forward to as a Production Supervisor:

• Supervise up to 100 unionized employees while ensuring adherence to the Collective Bargaining Agreement and plant safety rules.
• Implement production policies, delegate tasks, and manage manpower scheduling, including Kronos and TPT assignments.
• Lead daily shift‑start meetings on safety, quality, and delivery, reinforcing standards and expectations.
• Resolve, track, and coordinate responses to daily production and maintenance issues.
• Support lean manufacturing efforts, continuous improvement, and cost‑reduction initiatives with the Production Superintendent.
• Foster a positive, team‑oriented environment by motivating employees, providing guidance, and administering progressive discipline.
• Document and escalate employee relations issues, including respectful workplace and harassment concerns.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support overall production operations.

Your profile as a Production Supervisor:

• Minimum 5 years’ supervisory experience in a manufacturing modular facility (related experience outside modular manufacturing may be considered). Experience in a unionized environment.
• Experience in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Ability to work all shifts and weekends if required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Organized, self‑motivated, with strong accuracy, attention to detail, and urgency.
