📢 We’re Hiring: Production Supervisor (Afternoon Shift)

Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Are you a motivated leader with a strong background in manufacturing processes? We are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee operations, mentor team members, and ensure safety, quality, and efficiency across the production floor.

🔍 About the Role:

As Production Supervisor, you’ll lead a team to meet organizational goals, collaborate across departments, and drive continuous improvement. You’ll play a key role in ensuring inventory and staffing levels align with demand while maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.

🛠 Essential Duties & Tasks:
  • Mentor, coach, and oversee team performance to meet safety, operational, and quality standards
  • Contribute to setting goals and metrics aligned with organizational strategy
  • Administer policies and procedures, recommending changes when needed
  • Collaborate with Quality, Safety, Customer Service, Sales, Finance, Maintenance, and Product Development teams
  • Identify needs, solve problems, and report effectively on issues
  • Support inventory and staffing management to meet production demand
  • Perform other duties as assigned
✅ Qualifications, Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 3+ years of manufacturing (preferably within the packaging/print background) process experience with strong product and process knowledge
  • Proven leadership experience with strong teamwork skills
  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform moderately complex problem analysis
  • Solid knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Visio, Teams, and Outlook
