The Production Manager will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping the future of production operations. What you’ll be doing
  • Oversee day-to-day and long-range production schedules across all manufacturing lines.
  • Coordinate workflows across windows, doors, glass, paint production, shipping/receiving, maintenance, and purchasing.
  • Manage staffing levels and resource allocation to meet production goals and delivery commitments.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and organizational standards across the facility.
  • Partner with engineering and QA teams to uphold consistent product quality.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets, balancing cost efficiency with product quality.
  • Work closely with the maintenance team to minimize downtime and optimize performance.
  • Ensure the facility supports safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
  • Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop supervisors and frontline team members.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and support professional growth.
  • Communicate goals clearly, fostering engagement and collaboration across teams.
What we are looking for
